Just been to alistairs shop in queensferry and ordered more updated pics of my husband and I and my grand daughter. He took pics of my grand daughter when she was at nursery some years ago and I would not use any other photographer. Something about the way he catches not just the picture but the feelings as well. Come from killie but journey well worth it. Thanks Alistair especially getting pic to me when I was ill in hospital lifted my spirits . Needless to say we will be back and I would highly recommend anyone looking for professional photographs to use your services. We will be back.

One of the few photographers who offer a service more tailored to a small wedding. Alistair listened to exactly what we wanted and was so discreet and non intrusive on our wedding day. Having not met Alistair prior to our wedding there was a certain amount of nervousness on our part that we had made the correct choice. We had no grounds to be concerned at all. Wow! What a professional! We've been to many weddings where the photos were a bit of a chore at best. Going through the motions with people standing around waiting for their turn while others devour the champagne. Alistair made the photographs one of the most enjoyable parts of what was an amazing day. We had guests aged from 18 to 80's. All thoroughly enjoyed Alistair's gentle humour which brought out the smiles in all of us. We'd booked Alistair for an hour and the time just flew. He used the natural canvas of Queensferry to best effect and he caught every emotion of our ceremony perfectly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Alistair, not only as a highly skilled and creative photographer but also for the fact he's a thoroughly nice guy. What an amazing place. Came here to have a photo taken for my new job- hate having my picture taken, so how it only toom a couple of minutes to get such a great picture I will never undrstand! I was put at ease, and everyone loves my photo! As I had such a great time, I came back with my family, including teenagers and a baby. Again, amazing pictures with everyone looking so relaxed and natural. Hat trick was scored when I needed a passport photo in a hurry. Well done word&pictures, guess I'm a regular now!! More...
