Lovely and welcoming place. - I am new to this area and up to now have been treated by Dan. He's great at locating my pain and dealing with it in a professional as well as effective manner.
Dan is also very kind, listens carefully to what I have to say and adapts his work approach accordingly. There are loads of other approaches available and I cannot wait to try most of them.
All in all, I am happy to have found this hidden gem, which provides me a peaceful space where I can rejuvenate amidst the turbulent Wood Green neighbourhood.

I have been coming here for 2 + years now to help me deal with stiff shoulders and back. The treatments are always targeted for my problems, even when they vary from month to month.
I always feel taller and more mobile when I leave. My old pain and stiffness have now disappeared which means now it is more about maintenance work since I have a physically demanding job. Thank you Dan. Dan is very professional and responsive to my needs.
On one occasion I had an emergency with a very painful shoulder and I managed to get an appointment during the same day and the treatment did what I needed it to do, it removed the pain and started the healing process.
I can not begin to recommend this place enough, the service is excellent, the staff friendly and always great treatments.
