I am an ex Disney performer and trainer now running my own character party entertainment company in Weymouth but serving all of Dorset. I train my team of actors to the same high standards I worked to with Disney and we have high quality handmade costumes and wigs.

Abbie Etheridge the driving force behind Wish Upon aa Starre helped us out immensely during the Weymouth Carnival. I am the Vice President of the Weymouth & Portland Chamber of Commerce and we hired Abbie to be a realistic mermaid to finish off our seaside themed float. It was amazing to see many young children believe that we had a real life Disney’s Little Mermaid on our truck trailer. Abbie never went out of character during the whole procession. Saw wish up on a star team at the cinema was really impressed by the beautiful costumes and the two performers were extremely professional, very knowledgeable about their characters and stayed in character the whole time. Was lovely watching them create a magical atmosphere for the kids! More...

You couldn't ask for a better team. They've helped me raise over £3000 for Children in Need this year. As soon as they arrive they are in character and never break it (especially in front of children).
Costumes are of the highest standard and seeing the kids faces light up when they realise whose in front of them is such a delight.

What do you love most about your job?
Making people smile! It’s really magical when people see their favourite character in front of them, especially when it’s a surprise and the birthday child doesn’t know we are coming!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I came back from Disney and missed making magic for people and wanted to keep doing it, I also saw a gap in the market locally for a high quality complete princess experience and wanted to provide that with the level of training and performance I gained from Disney.

We offer a very high quality party, my performers all have qualifications and experience in drama and dance. We can all mimic the looks, movements and voices of the characters we portray to make the experience full for you and your guests.
