 Design, development, installation, commissioning for projects for space and/or water heating
for commercial space, factory, office, schools etc.
 Design and development of biomass energy systems using Heat and Mass transfer calculations,
firebox design, heat exchanger design, etc
 Proposal design, technical specification, design reviews, engineering calculations,
site layouts, PID & PFD and supplier development.
 Ensuring design standards, 2D drawings, fabrication instructions, quality gate checks, supplier and
subcontractor quality and delivery management.
 Capacity estimation, Manufacturing feasibility check, design modifications to reduce cost, cycle time,
weight and other features of the product and process using DOE, FMEA, QFD, PU Analysis and
Cause/Effect Diagrams.
