Had my second meditation class tonight and I have never felt so relaxed and ready for the week ahead. I don’t normally write reviews but - wow! I don’t know where to start... this was my first Reiki session and I was totally blown away. What an amazingly talented woman! Jane is so in tune with what she does and read me straight away. She had me absolutely spot on. I really don’t know how to describe the session other than I feel a weight has been lifted and I feel happy again. I don’t know how it works, it just does. The setting is so well set up and the lady on reception was so lovely and friendly too. I have already booked my next session and I’m sure I’ll be visiting regularly.
