What do you love most about your job?
Seeing women reach the end of their coaching more confident, energised and up-beat, with new techniques to keep them going and clear on who they are and their next steps.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a former manager in the social work profession I have many years experience supervising and managing women. And as a woman myself, I understand the challenges that often hold us back. When I was made redundant in 2010, it was a no-brainer to continue doing what I do best to use my coaching skills to continue enabling women to empower themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
I deliver my coaching in a safe, supportive, calm, non-judgmental, yet challenging way. I'm a safe pair of hands. I'm a great listener too and hear the clues of what might be going on beneath the surface. So, I'm signposted as to the next question to ask. I believe you are incredibly resourceful and can find solutions for yourself. However, past experiences, beliefs and values may prevent you from making these discoveries alone. My job is to enable you to peel back the layers and find those solutions for yourself. This is true self-empowerment and so much more valuable than any answer I could give you.
