we were entertained by the Chef who gave us one on the best meals of my life. we were lucky enough to get a table without booking and l can tell you as someone who as dined at the Three Chimneys the Peat Inn and other fine places Wined and Dined are better

On the back of social media posts we Booked to have lunch with a friend yesterday. Arrived at 12:50. Our friend arrived at just prior to 1pm sharp. We were given menus (without the advertised social media offers) but by 13:10 we still hadn’t been asked what drinks we would like. It was so cold in there that we were all had coats on. We all left at 13:15, and had lunch in a warm Queens Hall instead. I do not doubt this chef is a real talent and wish the business well. I do not though wish to sit in a fridge when going out for lunch or dinner. May give it another chance in a few weeks. Will see what reviews are posted. More...

Popped in a while ago and just grabbed a ham roll for brunch. Very friendly staff and the best ham roll I've had in ages. Made a note to go back for something proper ! Recently a friend was having a wedding reception for a mixed group with different dietary requirements, so I nudged them toward Wined & Dined. She didn't like the name (sounds a bit sleazy) but was very happy with David's knowledge and approach, so that's where we went! The food was excellent! I went here recently for my friends baby shower dinner ! We had a large table of 20 for dinner and the service was fast and the staff where very attentive! Couldn't of asked for better food and better service . Location is perfect and this restaurant definitely did not disappoint! David and 2 of his staff did a dinner for 13 of us on Saturday night at a house party near Colintraive. The food was amazing, and there was so much of it! It's an annual event and we'll certainly be using David again next year- perhaps even for 2 nights. We have eaten here several times recently. What a little gem of a place! Its rare to get quality like this at any price yet it's actually very affordable. The decor is unpretentious and the general feel is friendly and welcoming. DId I mention that the food is superb? It is. I have also heard people raving about the ice cream. No words can describe how amazing this place is. You wouldn’t know it was here or how outstanding it is from the outside. Without trip advisor we wouldn’t have found it but we are sure glad we did . They not only made every effort to take my nut allergy into account by cleaning the kitchen but the personal touch was second to none. The chef came and explained every course, from fresh starters to the the lobster that had been caught earlier day which the chef de-shelled and severed with some amazing sides to the outstanding pudding! I’ve had the Cajun chicken wraps a few times and they really are delicious and chicken is the only thing I really eat and will continue to buy the wraps from here. My mum is just a plain eater and has had bacon rolls from here too and says they too are delicious. Very happy with the food which has been excellent and David has had them brought to us here a couple of doors up from pub/restaurant as we have not been able to go for them due to health reasons and his manner and his staffs are very helpful, friendly and polite . A lovely lunch with my wife today. I had raved so much about the place I was worried she would think it was an anticlimax. She was delighted with her lunch. David catered for our recent wedding at Barcaldine Castle and what a culinary delight it was! Wow the food was so amazing and so lovely. He is such a talented chef and we feel privileged to have had such a talented chef to cook for us and make our wedding breakfast so unique it was such an intimate and perfect experience. We did all the menu planning from a distance and he is such a lovely kind helpful guy, if we lived in Scotland we could certainly visit your restaurant frequently.
