Soon into the pandemic my wife and I started to go to Casey for personal training. Well, my wife was the one putting in the work-out while I did light cardio and listened to Star Wars audiobooks. We were very comfortable with how clean the gym is and the level of attention it gets. Earlier this year I finally decided it was time and started my training. I've got some issues with my shoulder which made me a bit nervous about doing some things. I didn't need to worry, Casey expertly works around and through my issues. Casey is very knowledgeable and really very good at getting the most out of the work-out. I'm already seeing great results! Also, definitely check out his Recoup Room. There's a magic massage chair and other stuff that has totally helped me a few times with some lower back pain More...

I have trained with Casey on and off for years. As a personal trainer, he is the best. Casey is not going to push you to do things that you shouldn't be doing. I am a chiropractor and have sent many patients to him to help them get into better shape and health. In addition, I have had my fair share of injuries and had to work slowly back into getting in shape. Casey knows when and how to push you so you stay healthy. Recently, Casey has started doing group fitness classes and people are loving them. I trust him so much that he will start training my three teenage boys and help them learn solid exercise habits. A sincere, caring, hard working trainer who works with you in a comfortable and convenient private facility in downtown Roseville. Casey has a relaxed atmosphere with 1 on 1 training sessions and optional group sessions. The workouts are at a customized pace that are both challenging and doable. He corrects your form, motivates, is easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. He uses a variety of exercise equipment and styles to make the training fun. After each workout I feel confident, pumped and exhausted. Prices are affordable between $30-$50 a session.

Pros: private workout sessions, affordable, flexible times for scheduling, comfortable pace, friendly with results

Cons: You're working with a personal trainer in private gym, the space is quaint. If you're goal is to kick start your health I'd recommend using a personal trainer to get started. After our first workout together, I was hooked. Now I look forward to training again! I especially like that he offers 30-minute sessions that fit into my busy schedule. I'm also a member of his super-affordable online training program, so I can work out at home or on the road.

His private gym is located in Old Town Roseville, easy to find and with plenty of parking. And, he's a massage therapist, so you can get a great workout and then recover with a great massage. All around recommended! There are so many great things I want to say about Casey and his personal training. Firstly, I joined Wilson Personal Training in January 2014 to ensure my workout schedule would not fall out of place as I work full time and I coach lacrosse locally in the spring time. Casey and I sat and and worked out a schedule that would eventually lead me to feeling the best physically since my lacrosse playing days in college. Mind you, I'm 6'2" and when I started with Casey, I was pushing 190 lbs, and it wasn't all muscle. Casey has helped me shred a lot of the post-collegiete and I've gained a fair amount of muscle as Casey introduced me to a lot of cardio workouts, circuit training and then into heavy weights. Casey is a great trainer, knows the work outs and is very motivating. My body fat % from a 6 month training schedule (varied from 1 - 3 days a week depending on my coaching schedule) dropped from 17.9% to 10.9%. THANKS CASEY!! Just a year ago I had invasive shoulder surgery and when January arrived I was extremely weak, having been unable to work out for years. It was then that I decided to search for a personal trainer, which wasn't easy, as there are so many!. I knew I needed one on one training and someone who specialized in rehabilitation of shoulders. Casey's personal website was the answer and his video really encouraged me to make that first phone call. Casey is professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and motivates when I say " I can't do that!' Over the past five months not only has my shoulder become stronger but my whole body, as he mixes cardio, core, legs and of course upper body. We've had to take it very slowly but the difference is already quite amazing. I intend to continue training with him until I feel I'm strong enough to work out alone. I trust him implicitly and recommend him to anyone, whether it's for rehab, to get in shape or to learn how to work out correctly! Thank you Casey for your constant support as I could never have come this far without you! More...

I have tried personal trainers many times in the past and each time has met with failure because the trainer didn't listen to me. I'm a very large woman and these folks didn't seem to understand how deconditioned I was. Casey listens. And he's your biggest cheerleader, whatever your fitness level. He's compassionate and creative. Casey is a total professional and I just adore working with him. Workouts are never boring and he helps me believe in myself. I've never stuck with a trainer this long ever. I would recommend Casey to any of my family or friends that were looking for a trainer!Update: Casey now trains my daughter 3x a week. She was reluctant to say the least, especially to train with a guy. But she worked out with him just once, and when she came out, she was proud of her hard work and happy. She liked Casey, she said, because "he listens to you". Yes, he does. Every time she does there, she comes out happier than she was when she went in. And he knows just what she needs. One of my favorite things about Casey is that he's so organized and no-nonsense, in a kind way. He's a true professional. More...

Casey and I have been friends since we were kids and now he has a great personal training business in Roseville, CA. I have been working with him on and off for a few years now and he is awesome. Most recently, as some of you know, I began my quest to be "FIT BY 40". Although I would love to work out with Casey all the time, my schedule doesn't allow it. So instead, Casey has set up workouts that I do at the gym or even at home. Yesterday I met with him and he set me up with a completely new workout to "shock my system" after the 8 weeks of training I just completed (I'm sore already from the new workout). Casey will work with you to help you with specific needs or concerns and he is always available if I have stupid questions or need advice. I have known Casey forever and he's like a brother to me. Therefore, he calls me on my B.S. and won't let me slack on anything. That is my special need. If you're looking for some help with your fitness and weight loss goals, call Casey.
