I have been Training with Jamie for over 2 months now and I can say that I've had an awesome experience with Wild Training !
Jamie is very professional and encouraging towards every member of our Group. He explains precisely the reasons why we are doing each exercise and how it benefits you physically. He is also patient to teach us the correct techniques for the exercises without making you feel overwhelmed! As a Trainer he is able to create a positive and comfortable atmosphere for everyone all whilst pushing us to work harder through each session.

Grateful for all the dedication and hard work that he puts in for all of us.

Attended a great session with Jamie at the Wild Training Harrow launch. Really motivating and personable. As well as making you work hard your learning something through the session too as he tells you the reasons why the routines/exercises are beneficial. If you're a newbie, he will be sure to make you feel welcome and at ease no matter what your ability.

I have been attending Wild Training in the Park (Harrow) with Jamie Hartnoll for over 3 weeks now and I am quite surprised that I enjoy it so much. Having never done core or upper body exercises before and being in my fifties I thought, one I wouldn’t be able to do it and 2 hate it. It is mostly down to Jamie, he encourages you so much and believes you can achieve your goals and is super friendly.
Jamie’s knowledge is excellent and he explains why we do each exercise and the benefits. He also varies it so that we don’t get bored. The other bonus is being out in the open air, so much nicer than being in a gym.
I have met some lovely new people and I look forward to the 3 sessions every week. I would encourage anyone to come and try it as we are all ages and at all levels but with one aim to stay healthy and as fit as we can.

I was lucky enough to have stumbled across Wild Training (Harrow), it was exactly what I was looking for to give me the motivation to get up and go with my fitness again, and to work towards my goals of burning fat and getting lean.

A mixture of different types of exercise keeps it interesting and engaging and all the exercises are shown and explained before doing them, ensuring technique is a key focus to limit injury. The sessions are fun and has a mixture of people of all abilities, fitness levels and ages. We also have a laugh sometimes!

Jamie's knowledge is excellent, he obviously known his stuff! A down to earth and friendly guy who enjoys his work and encourages you to push yourself. I highly recommend joining!
