"Stephanie Caldwell" or whatever her real name is, is a sick, cruel, heartless individual. I have no idea how a person can be okay living a lie and stealing from others. She took our deposit and never answered us again. She claimed that she got a "Flat tire" on her way to our engagement photos then never answered us again. Thank goodness, this happened prior to our wedding day. After reading all of these terrible and similar situations, I am disgusted on how she can put people through this. Stephanie is a scam artist. She took a 250.00 deposit for engagement/wedding photography, did the engagement session, and never gave us our photos. She will not respond to any emails, tests, or calls. Do not hire her to do your photography, you will get burned! More...

Everything with Stephanie Caldwell and her company Wild Heart Photography was great, up until it came time for them to deliver the finished, edited product. It's been approximately 2 months since Stephanie Caldwell took our wedding photos, and we have received 0 communication from her regarding where the pictures are or when we can expect them. We have emailed at least 4 times, left multiple voice messages, and reached out through their website but have gotten no response. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Getting to know your client, what their vision is, and being able to take that and create it.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It depends on the job - portrait clients I always ask if it's a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary. Weddings I send a three page questionnaire to get allllllll those details of the day!
What do you love most about your job?
Capturing memories, seeing people at their happiest on special days, and meeting amazing people all over the world!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's been my dream since high school and I finally made it happen when we started thinking about having babies. I wanted to be home with my kids, but we still needed an income so we focused on building the business to support us and here we are today with a toddler and a business and I get to be home with him most of the time!
