How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A person's diet, while it doesn't have the power to completely make or break their health (health is seriously multi-faceted!) can be the difference between them feeling brilliant or just blah. We don't have control over a lot of aspects of our lives but food and movement are aspects of health that we can cultivate a healthy relationship with.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing how my clients move from a place of feeling hopeless or out of control with food to a place of freedom and peace with it and with their bodies! This then allows them to live out their true values and passions, rediscover their dreams and have the mental and physical energy to pursue them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I know that my holistic and unrestrictive approach to nutrition and health wasn't being practised in the NHS or in other private practices around me so I knew I had to start my own business if that's the way I wanted to work with clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Weight-loss companies and big corporations don't really care about your health, they care about the profits they make from you feeling inadequate. I take a heart-centred approach with clients, working with them to get to the bottom of why they eat the way they do and then come up with a plan to meet their health goals in a way that suits their body and their lifestyle. It's always personalised, holistic and balanced.
Power Hour
For those looking to demystify nutrition, if you have a specific question or just want advice on a particular topic then a power hour is for you! How it works is that you apply for a complimentary Intro Session and we have a brief chat about what your goals are or why you need advice, I then sent you some forms to fill out to get to know you a little better and we arrange a time for our Power Hour.
Nutrition Coaching
This is for those who are stuck in cycles of chronic dieting, gaining and losing weight or who feel out of control with food. If you want to improve your relationship with food and your body then longer-term coaching is for you. You can elect to purchase the sessions individually or buy a value pack of 3, 6 or 10 sessions. We will work together to understand why you feel stuck in this area and then put practical, achievable and enjoyable steps in place to help you progress towards your goals.
