Q&As

By first understanding what their goals are and their motivation for wanting to achieve them. I also like to understand the clients barriers to exercise and which factors are currently holding them back from reaching their goals. I will then work closely with my client to come up with a realistic and motivating plan of how we can work together to achieve their goals.

There is no secret! However, I do believe that consistency is key. It's important to build a healthy lifestyle you can maintain all year round (rather than a crazy crash diet for 2 weeks before a holiday). There is no 'magical formula' for a healthy lifestyle other than consistency in clean eating and exercise.

I love working with a range of different people, all with different abilities and goals. I find my job very rewarding as I am able to witness clients progress through their own personal fitness journey.

I worked as an Accountant for years and then realised it wasn't for me anymore. I wanted to follow one of my passions (fitness) so decided to become a Personal Trainer and set up my own business. Rather than work out of a gym, I decided to become a mobile PT, which offers flexibility for both myself and clients.
