Whiteway Fitness create fun ways of exercising, toning up and burning calories. I have been going to them for just under a year now and I will continue for as long as I can as I can feel the difference! :)

Been going to Wednesday bootcamps since January and the sessions are always great, fun and vary each week. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Whiteway fitness - I have attended bootcamp most Wednesday evenings for a while now, but I have recently taken up personal training with Conor. I am two sessions in and it really is great!! Conor has clearly walked me through the whole personal training process to date (explaining any areas that I didn’t understand or wanted to know more about), he has gone through my goals with me, defined a personalised training plan based on my goals and is now training me twice a week. I have a plan to follow at home and he is always on hand to support / offer help when needed. I am really looking forward to continuing to train with him and achieving my goals! Px More...

I found out about Whiteway Fitness charity class by the flyers around the village, I am not the fittest of people so wanted some thing that I could feel working. The first two weeks my body ached which I took as a good sign, by week three my body had adjusted and I new I was doing good. Tom was very helpful and always made sure I was doing it right. I trained with Tom for 4 months earlier this year. I always looked forward to the sessions, which were varied and challenging enough every time. I also received nutritional advice off Tom, which has helped me to make positive lifestyle changes. I was so pleased with the improvements in my fitness levels and changes to my body shape in a relatively short time period. I would have carried on training with Tom had I not relocated due to work. If you are thinking about training with a PT, I highly recommend Tom.
Tom has been helping me get into shape following the birth of my daughter and I am happy with the results so far.
My sessions are tailored specifically to me and are tough but made to be enjoyable with Tom's support and motivation.
Tom keeps track of my progress and if you follow his advice, you will see results.

I have been working with Tom since Nobember 2015 and the results have been great. Since having children I had tried all sorts of fitness classes etc seeing no real improvement in my body shape or fitness , but since doing sessions with Tom I am overwhelmed by the improvement in both my fitness levels and body shape. He's very supportive and always encourages you to reach your goals. The sessions are always different which make each one interesting and always tailored to specific areas of improvement.
Would definetly recommend to anyone looking for some personal training sessions that are fun, energetic and individualised.

Don and I decided we needed to kick start a more healthy lifestyle and asked Tom if he'd help us.
Tom is so enthusiastic, he makes you feel you can achieve anything.
We signed up for a 10 week programme and loved every minute of it, we both lost weight and feel so much better for it.
His training sheets and fun approach really left a mark with us that we are still training at home without him!

I have been working out with Tom for the last two and a half months and found his services to be not only professional but motivational ,personal and most importantly FUN ! !! All the sessions are different which I find of huge value .
Exercises are working , weight dropping and muscle is growing � !
Next week will start with the meal plan to compliment the work out - more fun to come - no booze � Thanks Tom for your patience �

I heard about Whiteway Fitness through two friends of mine who had Tom as their PT. Although a relatively active person and keen netballer, I wasn't happy with my body, fitness or nutrition. After putting on weight at uni, and then trying to lose it quickly and unhealthily by restricting my food intake and having a 'diet' protein shake for breakfast every day, I decided it was time I needed to get some help with my nutrition and exercise. I started training with Tom in September 2016, and I am so impressed with the results so far. I have reduced by body fat %, increased my muscle mass, increased my fitness, and also become more flexible! This is all from following and trusting in Tom's expert advice on the body, nutrition and exercise. My diet has also changed so much without me even realising, and I feel so much better for it. Tom tailors your session plans and workouts for your individual goals, pushes you when you need it, and is always so encouraging. The sessions are challenging, but always enjoyable. Even though you're working hard, you will always have a laugh with Tom in your sessions. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a friendly and dedicated personal trainer who helps you to reach your individual goals. More...

I've been training consistently in the gym for about 4 years but found myself stuck in a rut and getting bored. Over the years I had been to the WhiteWay bootcamps and always loved them so I decided to contact Tom about some Personal Training.

He really took the time to listen to where I was at and what I was looking to achieve. The bespoke workout plan was just what I needed! Not too overwhelming and fitted into my busy lifestyle but definitely challenged me. I was used to weight training and HIIT and thought I was pretty fit but Tom's 100% bodyweight workouts were a game changer. My fitness and strength improved and I was totally motivated again and out of my rut.

Our one to one PT sessions were brilliant. They were always varied and different from my home workouts. Tom manages to get the balance just right... always pushing you to work to your max and can be tough on you when you need it but always super encouraging and supportive. It's also obvious that he is very knowledgeable so you are in safe hands.

On the food side of things, he gave me a detailed breakdown of my macros as that is what I like to use when managing my diet. He also explained to me that carbs are my friend and I shouldn't deprive myself. That was a real eye opener as I could eat oats for every meal!

He was always contactable for any questions and checked in regularly so there is accountability which is really important for me!

If you're looking for an experienced PT who really knows their stuff but is also good fun and makes the whole process enjoyable then Tom is the PT for you! Can't recommend highly enough.

I have been going to Tom's sessions on a Wednesday evening, each session is really well thought out and different to the week before so you never know what you are getting which makes it so much fun.

If you are looking to get yourself fit so you can fit into those Christmas dresses I would highly recommend Tom, he will get you there!

Since working with Tom (4+ months now) my main aim was to improve my fitness level and build muscle, after a few weeks of training I snapped my ACL which doctors ruled me out of all physical action for several months. .. Not only has tom helped me improve my physical fitness he has also helped strengthen my knee in the last few weeks. i have felt huge improvement.
I am now able to light jog without pain and i can start to look forward to the new challenges that await..

Tom is a very skilled pt that can motivate you,set you challenging goals but 100% gives you belief, confidence and support that you can and will achieve them..

I couldn't of asked for a better personal trainer... Tom has gone above and beyond what I expected! VERY Highly rated..A+

I have been training with Tom for the past 6 months and will definitely be continuing our programme. He has adapted all the training around my needs and goals, I'm feeling much stronger and far more flexible with my body shape improving all the time. We have lots of fun as well as working hard.
