Dreadful service. Company should be ashamed. They failed to carry out property inspections for my buildings insurance in 4 months out of a 9 month contract. No explanations ever given. Erratic and wrong invoices sent out, damage to property not reported, complaints not investigated, phone calls/e-mails ignored. Shameful. Avoid like the plague. More...

Tuffshop
We use white star security as key holder and alarm response at Tuffshop. Their response times are second to none (usually arrive within 15 minutes) and I receive an email with details and pictures of the alarm call. They never bother me out of hours unless it is absolutely urgent.
