White Rose Funeral Service took care of my late fathers funeral recently, I would 100% highly recommend Stephen and Susanne for all that they did for us. We met with Stephen to go through all the funeral plans and he was extremely patient and helpful with any questions we had. Susanne was taking the funeral on the day and put me at ease straight away letting me know things as they unfolded. White Rose recommended Jane, a celebrant who talked about my fathers life who also would do anything to help us. She put together a lovely speech and emailed back and forth to make sure it was what we wanted.White Rose made the whole experience a breeze and I'd like to thank the whole team for everything that they did! Amazing compassionate service given by White Rose.
A young friend of mine passed away recently, not knowing the area I contacted the nearest funeral directors.
What a good choice I made. Stephen took everything in his stride with not the easiest of requests. Stephen kept in touch right up to the day and after. Alison who assisted Stephen was so lovely too. They both looked after my friend with great dignity and compassion . My friend would have been really pleased of how everything went right from the start.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend White Rose Funeral Services to anyone.

These guys are just amazing!
When my Mother-in-law died, there had been no thought as to which funeral directors to use.
Having had a quick look through local undertakers, we contacted White Rose simply because they were closest……I’m so glad we did!
Steven visited us at home, sorted out a potentially messy problem with a funeral plan and was there for us throughout the whole process. There are always requests, problems and all sorts arising when arranging funerals and Stephen took all of these in his stride. His unflappable, efficient and friendly attitude was just perfect and what we needed at a very sad time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending White Rose to anyone who had need of a Funeral Directors.

This company are fantastic at what they do. My mum recently passed away without any life insurance, i was recommended by a friend to contact these and OMG they was in contact with me everyday about the funeral and the day of the funeral was 100% professional in every way.
I would highly recommend this fantastic business to give your loved one`s the perfect send off, also the price is great aswel but it does`nt reflect the level of work that they put in.

my son passed away in sunderland and we live in pateley bridge we tried a few funeral homes but they all wanted paying up front befor they would help us,but white rose when we rang them where so helpfull they arranged everything even going all the way to sunderland to collect him,they where so helpfull and like councelers could not of asked for more from them ,would highly recomend stephen and suzanne if any one neads a funeral directors who think of you and not the money thank you white rose for all you have done
