I would high recommend these ladies, they are amazing with everything I don't think my wedding would of been perfect without them, they listened to what me and my husband wanted and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything. Fantastic and flexible wedding co-ordination services!
We picked White Orchid for partial wedding planning and full on the day support.
We had a sense of what we wanted from the days, but I think it was hard to see how it would all come together. Rakhee and Zaherra were so helpful and responsive throughout the process, for help picking suppliers and sense checking the little things!
We really had no idea what we were doing, and so was just invaluable having them around.
Rakhee and Zaherra planned out the decor and it looked amazing, we couldn’t have come up with that ourselves. We never imagined our wedding would be as magical as it was and everything would be so smooth. We had the best few days and almost everything felt so perfect, in large part due to Rakhee and Zaherra!

Rakhee and Zaherra of White Orchid were an absolute delight to work with. Having only 6 months to plan our wedding, they put us at ease and completely made our vision come to life.
Providing advice, co-ordination and problem-solving in a very polite and timely manner. The decor was beautiful and on-the-day co-ordination was superb. We had multiple vendors all of whom they organised and coordinated with prior to the wedding to ensure a smooth and stress-free day.
Would definitely recommend their services and hope to stay in touch for future events.

Rakhee and Zaherra are absolutely amazing! They brought our dream wedding to life adding their own personal touches without request, making it that little bit more special. They are both kind, patient, listened to what we asked and ensured we stuck to our budget, guiding us to what we wanted. What I loved most was that they told us how it was, helped calm nerves and if we were overthinking or stressing ourselves out, they would bring us back to earth and remind us that they're there for us to take everything off our shoulders, so not to take on more than we can chew. Even when the venue tried adding extra charges, not previously discussed or agreed to, they went the extra mile, making sure we weren't paying more than we should have, e.g. willing to move 100 chairs from one room to another (just the 2 of them). Rakhee and Zaherra from white orchid events really made sure we had our wedding!!
We were, unfortunately, a COVID wedding and had experienced many delays through out the whole time of planning.
During the course of this Rakhee and Zaherra helped us plan for one venue and everything was almost fully in place until Covid hit. We all had spent a lot of time and effort discussing the decor, plans and management of the day but ended up
having to cancel the entire thing due to the supplier issues.
We then moved our venue to central London and had to start all over again with everything. Rakhee and Zaherra were absolutely pivotal to the whole experience and ensuring we stayed positive and enjoyed the process of planning.
They really cared about us as a couple and that is what made all the difference and we could absolutely rely on them.
They really put what they could into our day and managed to get everything that we had wanted and more!!
We also had some issues with a few suppliers dropping out due to covid around 2 weeks before the day but this was all solved with very little stress thanks to Rakhee and Zaherra.
We would 100% recommend White Orchid and will be coming back in the future for any large event plans!
We had an amazing day and want to thank you both so much.

Rakhee and Zaherra were amazing in planning our beautiful wedding. From helping us choosing a venue, always keeping both of us in the loop, baking a beautiful cake to setting up decorations for the day, they did an astounding job.
Our guests complimented on every details on the wedding and everyone had a fabulous time.

Everyone had fun and knew exactly where they needed to be throughout the whole wedding. Not only did the wedding cake look pretty, it also tasted amazing!

We provided them with our specific requirements, had a call, and they talked us through a lot of things we hadn't even considered.
In the lead up to the wedding day, we had some very short notice requirements that we didn't know how we would get or achieve. We contacted White Orchid Events and they put us in touch with the right people to help deliver what we wanted. A truly great service!
On our wedding day, they arrived early, and set about getting everything ready. Without any fuss, they got all the decorations up, and they were perfect, exactly how we wanted it done.

The team completely delivered an amazing wedding day and went out of their way to ensure that our day was absolutely perfect for us. The team are so personable and responsive and really listened to what we wanted. Rakhee and Zaherra always kept in touch with us so regularly so that we always knew the status of everything that was going on whilst also being able to just relax and let them get on with the planning. What inspired you to start your own business?
White Orchid Events began in 2018 out of a passion for helping other people. We are London based event planners. We offer a full design service, partial planning as well as on the day service. We have 20 years of experience collectively.
