This place is brilliant. We had floor drying issues with our new extension and Mick Barnes the owner went above and beyond getting our floors fully prepared with primer, liquid damp proof membrane and self level screed in record time ensuring we could get the tiler in and the extension finished for Christmas Day 2019. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have also done our karndean and hall, stairs and landing carpets for us previously. Thanks to you Mick and Chris who carried out the work. After looking at various carpet showrooms around Guildford I chose this store in Burpham with confidence from the wealth of help and advice given. But it was still with some trepidation that I went ahead with the fitting of carpets to a large lounge diner, study, lobby, stairs and landing and two bedrooms with carpets. And having Karndean flooring laid in the kitchen, hall, and utility room. I need not have had any concerns as the removal of much furniture and various "white" appliances, including plumbing and refitting was all satisfactorily completed. Many doors had to be removed and then trimmed. The fitting of carpets was to a very high standard and the Karndean was expertly laid over a new plywood base. The whole exercise was a joy to see as it progressed. The finished work is perfect in all respects and the guys from White Barnes were skillful and a pleasure to have around. More...

High quality flooring and excellent customer service. If you are looking for style, personalised service, and faultless professional delivery don't look elsewhere. Reassuringly expensive as they don't have any low quality floors but still price competitive. A really good company - the whole experience was easy and very efficiently handled. This was right from the first contact where Mick was friendly, helpful and not intimidating. He gave us good advice and the best person possible to fit our flooring. Nothing was too much trouble - four extra people arrived to move the baby grand piano from the old floor to the new.
