Super friendly staff who explain things clearly. Having a dysfunctional computer is stressful, but these guys made me feel very optimistic. Took my laptop apart in front of me and walked me though what he was doing. Doesn't cost anything to get a diagnosis and beyond that, the prices are very fair. My laptop was fixed right in front of me after lack of success at other repair shops. Definitely one of the best, if not the best repair shop on Great Western Road. Extremely helpful staff and very knowledgeable. The WeRepair staff replaced a battery on my iPhone 5s and replaced this in 10 minutes at a fraction of the cost it would have been. They also replaced the keyboard on our laptop although we had been told by another repair company it could not be repaired as they could not source the part. This is a really good reliable company with rapid service every time.

I was really impressed with the quality and rapidity of the services here. I was told at the Vodafone store that my phone was damaged beyond repair and I’d never get it working again, or even be able to get any of the data off it, but I took it here and these guys had it fixed within the hour! I went in for a repair to my iPhone 5s's screen (it had popped out of the phone partially after I dropped it). I was served immediately and quickly (it took maybe 5 minutes for the repair to be completed). The man who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he repaired the phone, and since it was such a quick repair, he didn't even charge me.
