Ate breakfast here consistently for three years when I lived around the corner. Avocado toast w poached egg and black coffee. Simple but right on point. They could use a proper hot sauce selection though. No Tabasco guys, proper hot sauce ;) More...

A well deserved 5* review for Well Street Kitchen!
We hired Well Street Kitchen to take care of the catering for a London based video shoot.
The communication with Jens was very professional. He was quick in responding to my queries, he gave tailored advise and was able to provide me with a competitive deal.
Everyone on set enjoyed their freshly made lunch. The food was delicious!

Lovely French atmosphere with an English cook in the kitchen which means the dmphasis is on quantity rather than quality which the French usually have the right wayaround, Fancy feeling stuffed full in a nice atmosphere? , this is the place for you, a shame as this could have been real gem. If the French owner had transplanted the best bits of france to well street which is easier said than done More...

Delightful bright open brunch spot well worth the trip to get there, the only downside they have not yet grasped they if something is on your main menu it should be available! So be prepared to change you choice once the waiter tells you it is not available or something has been substitute ideally stick the daily special which sounds tastiest More...

After waiting for a table for 15mins outside in the cold we were getting seriously hangry. Or at least I was. So much so we left for a nearby pizzeria. Thank goodness the pizza place was closed! WSK is exceptionally busy on a Saturday morning so probably a good idea to go early. However, it was truly worth the wait. Alot of customers ordered the smashed avocado and poached eggs, myself included. My sister had the mushrooms and blue cheese dish. Both looked and tasted wonderful. I think they were the best options on the menu, though obviously I'm biased. Also, do yourself a flavour and grab a salted caramel brownie for an afternoon treat. Sweet, gooey heaven. More...

our recent trip to london saw us checking out plenty of cafes in the hackney and shoreditch area in east london… after all, we had to make up for lost time after 2 weeks of italian breakfasts with no eggs! the trendy area is full of hipsters, musos + plenty of expats… it felt like every couple of people we were bumping into fellow-aussies or new zealanders. and thankfully, it seems as if our down-under obsession with good coffee + brunch has infiltrated this funky part of london-town! ...Read full post on inlovewithbrunch.com More...

What a hidden gem! We were stumbling around trying to find somewhere open on Christmas Eve and had seen this place from the bus on the way past a few times. I am very glad we gave it a go.I had the sausage, bacon and chorizo breakfast bun and my partner had the eggs and smashed avocado with a fluffy and crispy hash. Both were excellent (though the bun won in my opinion). Coffee was very decent and the staff were great. It's an odd spot, but that just makes it an even better find. More...
