How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Having an healthy diet is very mush important to everybody but it does not mean dieting also many people have turned a healthy diet into a bad one by simple over doing the basic preparation with their food.
What do you love most about your job?
The diversity of clients and their views to health. the flexibility it gave and the opportunity for me to share my experience and skill to support and enable the client to make that behavioral change towards their health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to reach out to more people to help facilitate with their behavior change in their focus chosen area of their well-being and to aid the person to identified any underline issued they may over look which can be the influence of why they currently act or respond to the situation they faced.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand that no two person is the same and life can be difficult also that client need someone who is ready to have an listening ear and can show empathy. I am flexibly with time and price, I only close a file when the person/client have achieved their goal and is ready to make their own decisions and is completely confident.
