An healthy diet is the foundation for our health. The food we eat will have an effect on our wellbeing whether good or bad. Food changes our DNA molecules and by doing so it can make us look younger or older, our chances of getting some cancer or whether we will longer.

The opportunity to help confuse or frustrated clients how to look through the web of dieting or to focus on their goals and self-worth. The diversity of clients, the flexibility it gave and the opportunity for me to share my experience and skill to support and enable the client to make that possitve change towards their health and wellbeing.

I wanted to help others beyond the norm of dieting as there can be some other underline issues that may impede their success and by finding the root cause of the situation and dealing with it will make the person to be healthy and happy in mind and spirit.

With knowledge, experience and expertise in these given field of Health and Wellbeing I understood that no two situations is the same. Life can be difficult and taking a step to change bad habits is hard, also that people need someone who is ready to have an listening ear and can show empathy. I am flexibly with time I only close a file when the person have achieved their goal and is ready to move forward and is completely confident.
