Wow - just wow !!! The car a Rolls Royce ghost was beautiful - so clean and tidy a car everyone dreams of having. The driver was absolutely amazing ! ! He arrived early but didn't rush me to get ready (I was getting married ) .. lovely guy so friendly and polite. He went out of his way to help me and my dad get to the venue on time as we had unexpected road works !! Even at the venue he went out of his way to get my really poorly dad as close to the door as possible - huge thanks 😊... If I could give them no stars I would. Turned up to my sisters hotel on the day of her wedding, were extremely rude and actually demanded payment for a service that was cancelled due to them being so unprofessional! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! The most unprofessional people I have ever met! I contacted them wanting 2 cars for my wedding, I paid a deposit, to be contacted shortly after asking to pay the deposit, when it had already been paid! RED FLAGS! A short time before the wedding I was asked if I still wanted the cars, I replied with I have paid a deposit and haven't cancelled so yes I do! After all this mess I didn't feel comfortable continuing and asked to cancel. I then was bombarded with phone calls and messages begging me not cancel. How unprofessional! I was part of a bridal party that had cancelled this service, this company decided to turn up regardless and instead of just leaving when this was explained, they decided to be extremely rude and call us ‘dodgy’ alongside other remarks. I was a bridesmaid at my best friends wedding and these guys turned up at the hotel unannounced on the afternoon of the wedding. The bride had booked them originally, but due to their unprofessional nature cancelled. Although they had pocketed the deposit they demanded money and were extremely rude. We used wedding cars for hire on our wedding day and were disappointed with the service. Our wedding was the same day as Pride in London, and we knew there would be many road closures. We were well informed of all the closures and discussed the route with Wedding Cars for Hire before the wedding. However, on the day, the driver was unaware of the closures and chose a different route from the one that we had agreed upon. He didn't realize that Piccadilly and Regent Street were both closed for the entirety of the afternoon, and was navigating using google maps, which did not have the current road closures. He asked us several times if we wanted to risk trying certain routes. We had to inform him multiple times that several streets were closed. Our photographer even had to help us navigate and get there in the end. The driver was a replacement driver, who normally does not drive. The car was also not decorated with the ribbon that we had paid for. In the end we only arrived 15 minutes later than the rest of the guests, but that's not the kind of stress you want on your wedding day. More...

Wedding Cars for Hire provides an exceptional service. We wanted a special 70th Birthday gift for my husband. He has always loved Silver Cloud. We hired one for the morning to drive us around london. Zeeshan was our driver and took care of us so well. My husband has PD and his mobility is poor but this was not a problem at all - we took nice rests with the most kind helpful service. Zeeshan was a brilliant driver and host he ensured our comfort at all times providing cool water and checking temperature. The car was in pristine condition. Zeeshan offered to take some photos for us which were also fabulous. We never felt rushed - the whole experience we would highly recommend- worth every penny.
