I first have to say that I called Toby after purchasing a website theme and had absolutely no idea how to navigate through it. My husband found Toby online and he lived up to his reviews and then some. Toby went above and beyond and was able to get my money back for the theme, which was totally unexpected! This is my second review of Website Tigers. I am so incredibly happy with Toby.My site got hacked and I was locked out. He was able to find out what the problem was and fix it in no time. His concern for my satisfaction was real and he worked with me to get up and running again.The next day my site disappeared altogether. I sent him an email and he got it remedied that same day. He contacted my service provider and coordinated with them to get my site secured on their end.I have used a different website developer in the past, but they could not hold a candle to Website Tigers!If could give him more than 5 stars I would.I cannot imagine using anyone other than Toby, EVER!Hire this guy, you will not be disappointed. As good as it gets! I have made many websites, outsourcing much of the work, and Toby and Website Tigers have been truly wonderful to work with. I am an entrepreneur, always testing new ideas before full implementation, and WOW does he make a site come alive. This particular site I needed chat plug-ins, a place to upload secure documents, calls to action, and more! I have had the pleasure of working with Toby for quite some time. He helped design our whole website and drew up a complete business plan for us. When starting a business it's helpful to have that extra hand to help take some of the load off your own shoulders.As far as our business plan goes, Toby did a ton of research for us and really made sure our plan was current to the times. He was quick to make any changes that we needed and also made sure the plan was easy to read for any potential investors.Our website took quite a bit of time (mostly because I am an expert procrastinator and try to do too much at once) but Toby was very patient and understanding. He almost always answers emails within 24 hours and was always willing to meet with me in person if I had an idea to show him that I couldn't convey via email. I also liked that no matter how picky I got, he was able to quickly and happily make the changes. He has a ton of knowledge when it comes to setting up an online store and was able to give us advice on everything from email sign ups to building a registry option for our customers. Toby definitely offers a high quality product for what I believe was a fair price. We definitely recommend him for anyone that is looking for website design.
