we love cakes

I placed an order after choosing a cake from an image Julie had sent me. after our phone conversation i explained i wanted it EXACTLY the same just changing the name to my daughters name and changing stars to hearts. when i picked up my cake i was shocked to see it was NOTHING like the cake i had ordered! she had changed the PINK icing to BLUE and had completely changed the style of grass used for under the horse which was actually embarrassing my 4 year old daughter could of done better!! also the writing was completely wonky and off centre. and to top it all off the one thing i had asked to me changed hadn't! when i emailed Julie to voice my concerns, she thought it was completely acceptable to change my little girls icing to blue without consulting me, even after making it clear i wanted the same as the image i had seen which was clearly written on my order form, she just had and answer for everything. she was very rude to me and wouldn't do anything to make things right!!
