I was so stressed and worried about leaving my dog for the first time as he is a rescue dog and is anxious. They even called me not long after I’d left him to reassure me he was ok. I think they love Buddy as much as I do!
He has recently stayed for just under a week and were able to take him at short notice. Cannot fault the team here. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere. Thank you. X More...

I have boarded my cat here several times, including at short notice for an emergency trip away- Gill has always been very helpful and accommodating and my cat seems to cope quite well (hard to tell if a cat is ever happy, but she settles in to her "holiday home" without much fuss!).

Our dog, Steve, has always been cared for by Jill and the team. This stay he was unwell but the team took immediate action and sought medical care, for which we are grateful. Jill then kept us up-to-speed with how he was doing. Kennels which really do care for your pets. More...

Thank you for the staff at Wath Boarding Kennels for looking after Lex while we had a disaster with moving house. 1 night turned into 12 and they accommodated him and kept him safe and comfortable until we could move to our new house. �����

Boarded our 4 spaniels here for 4 days and they are still the bubbly dogs we left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to leave them here again and was lovely to see them on facebook while away.

We put our little 6 month old patterpoo in for over Xmas. I was really nervous about him going in and being away from us but Gill and her team have certainly gone the extra mile with looking after him. We absolutely loved the updates and the photos of him. Bonnie the staffy has been going to Gill for the past 3 years. When I work away she goes in, around once a month. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else, they even walk her a bit more because she won; t soil her kennel. I can go away safe in the knowledge she is ok and well looked after. Even when they are really busy, they try their hardest to accomodate her... They even used to look after my budgie, Millie. You cannot get a better boarding kennel for your furries xx More...

Like to thank all staff and especially Gill. Booked our wonderful Blake in for weekend but sadly he came down with kennel cough so has had to stay at home. Don't know how he got it could have come from anywhere. He was in kennels a couple of weeks ago so Gill has gone the extra mile and agreed to cover vet costs. Kennels not likely tobe to blame but this was a wonderful gesture. Blake will be back for another holiday soon More...

Gill and her team has looked after our little fluff ball of Mischief for 4 years, both in the cattery and at home. I wouldnt have left my cat with anyone else. They quickly learnt her character and tailored her stay to include letting her run up and down the corridor with her ping pong ball whilst the cattery was being cleaned.

The cattery is clean, secure (double airlock doors locked from the inside if someone is in the cattery) and warm. Gill had been known to put extra heaters in during winter, as the cats welfare always come first.

We also have used Gill's home sitting service. From the first visit to learn our home, cats routine and if we needed the plants water etc, we were put at ease about letting her in our home unattended by her friendly personality and how quickly the cat settled during the visit. Gill also sent updates after every visit and spent time in the house playing with our cat, not just afeeding and litter tray change over.

Unfortunately for us, we have relocated and can no longer use Gill's service. We live in hope that we find another cattery half as good as here! More...
