Had an ongoing problem where our boiler kept cutting out because of a pressure drop. I phoned Dan up, he was able to come out within 30 minutes and re-pressurise the boiler as a temporary fix. He then came back the next day with the part that needed replacing and sorted the problem once and for all. What had taken the insurance over 2 weeks to not fix, Dan did in less than 12 hours.Couldn't recommend highly enough. He took the time to explain the possible causes, most likely causes, and is happy to take the time out to make sure we fully understood what was what. My husband and I have been using Daniel's expert services since moving back to Stevenage in 2014, when we first needed an emergency call-out to the house we were renting at the time. We were told by the letting agency to give him a call after the boiler decided to have a bit of a diva moment, and we've never used anyone else since then. Daniel is reliable, friendly, trustworthy and does a fantastic job whatever the issue may be. We call him for our yearly boiler checks, he's fitted a carbon monoxide alarm at our new house, and we've also needed him for emergency leaks and tap replacements. Most recently, we called him in for a heating reassessment, where we've ended up getting a NEST system installed (and very happy we are with it too!). He always responds quickly, is extremely polite and professional with years of expert knowledge and his pricing is always very reasonable. My Wife and I had an emergency plumbing issue at 11PM on a Monday night. Dan was able to come over immediately and stop the leak, whilst giving us advice over the phone on his way over to make sure we could limit the damage. He diagnosed and stopped the leak very quickly and contained the issue so that there would be no further issues. Crucially he offered to come back during the day to replace the faulty parts and the temp fix in order to give us a cheaper price rather than a night rate after Midnight to work through the night.Great service and communication letting us know costs and what he was going to do up front.
