What can I say.... Michael has pushed me to get where I am today. If it wasn't for him I'd still be sitting in front of the TV feeling really sorry for myself.
I had no motivation to workout at all, so having a PT has helped me so much, not only to get fit but it's also great for the mind.

Michael has been an amazing. As a mother to a 4 year old, training has not been the easiest, but Michael has been patient yet persistent, easing me back in to the point that I am now more confident and have found strength that I thought I'd lost! ! Fairly empty upstairs for a Saturday morning, enough space to work out freely. Got busier by 9am. Clean & fresh changing rooms, seems like they've done away with the hangers in the lockers though!

This is great place to loose few pounds or to build up few pounds in mussels. Available car park, good availability of equipment, lockers, studio, classes, different areas for different needs. It has a lift to the top level, so it is accessible. Open 24/7 as far as I'm aware. Place is fairly clean, rather cheap (if subscribed) and friendly. On the other hand it still could be cleaner (but I've seen much worse), to often you find the equipment with "I've been injured - do not use" note and often gets very busy, so some of the specialise equipment is sometime difficult to access. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their fitness goals, but making sure I know everything about them, from past injuries/illnesses incase some exercises have to be modified. I make sessions fun, and make every session different so it doesn't become boring. I try to give as much knowledge to my clients so they can carry on with sessions even on days they are not with me.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no secret about getting the body of your dreams. There is just will power and hard work. Nutriton is key, if you eat well, you can train harder and you sleep better, all of these together help the body, recover better so you can do it all over again. CONSTITENCY is key.
What do you love most about your job?
I love it when my clients come to me and say thank you, when they start feeling better in themselves or start to notice the hard work is paying off, by seeing progress. That is what this job is all about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was overweight/obese when I was 18 years old. I lost 6 stone in my first year of training in just my bedroom, doing some push ups and sit ups and being more active. I joined gyms in the local area with my friends and family and started getting right into it, using all new pieces of equipment. I then joined a boxing club and started boxing, and loved that too. I then had a friend come to me and say how did you do that? and I thought, how many people would ask that question?, so I decided to become a personal trainer to help all of those that ask that same question.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me, because I have helped all types of fitness goals, from weight loss, weight gain, boxing training, all sports training and I am looking to add new qualifications all the time. I am adding food plans and weight management classes very soon. I also try to make the sessions and fun and knowledgeable as possible, so you always go away knowing something new/different they can help you in everyday life.
