Wally did our wedding recently and he did a phenomenal job. Him and his partner were able to capture unforgettable moments during my wedding and sent me a gorgeous star photo that we took the night of our wedding a day after the wedding. He gave direction when we needed it and suggested some remarkable places to shoot at the venue. He recommended doing the star photo because we were out in a remote location that didn't have a lot of city light interference and it came out beautifully. I met Walter at a wedding of our friends two years ago that I did flowers for. At that point, I have never personally met him, however followed his social media accounts. His instagram video clips are heartwarming, and funny, they make me laugh! So I am very excited to type this! Walter is an all star!! I first met Walter several years ago while I was working for my best friend’s mom’s wedding business, and had the opportunity to see him first-hand in action at several weddings. I instantly knew then that I wanted him for my future wedding someday. Flash forward, My wife and I just had our wedding in May and he performed just as expected! Walter does such a great job at commanding large groups of family and friends when it comes time for photos, and can get everyone’s attention quickly. He is genuine, fun, personable, easy to work with, and brings such a positive energy to any event. Having him as our photographer made us feel so comfortable and confident that we didn’t have anything to worry about the day of our wedding. We were also extremely pleased with our engagement photos we did last fall in Julian, CA. Wally was just the absolute best wedding photographer my husband and I could have ever chosen. We are so grateful that he was recommended to us by our wedding planner. My husband and I are more on the shyer side and aren't always the most comfortable being photographed. Wally made us both feel comfortable and at ease during both our engagement photo session and for all the wedding pictures. They all turned out great and exactly what we were hoping for. We met Wally by walking our bulldog in our neighborhood. Wally has a bulldog too, so we hit it off instantly! We later learned that Wally was a photographer, 2 months later we were engaged, and 1 week later we hired him as our wedding photographer.

Walter is SO talented and truly knows what he's doing. We took our engagement photos in October and they were absolutely stunning. We had so many people told us they were the best engagement photos they had ever seen. He was very flexible with the location we chose and prompt with communication. Not only is he great at taking pictures, but he is great at making you feel comfortable and coaching you on how to pose/ what will make your body type look best.

When it was getting close to our wedding date, he told us it would be a good idea to meet and go over our timeline. He let us know that the way our timeline was set up, we would only have 1 hour for dancing at the end of our wedding. This was NOT what we wanted, and with his help, we adjusted the timeline and we were able to change that to 3 hours of dancing (which was obviously the best part of the night). He is a professional and has worked so many weddings, he knows what works and what doesn't, and we truly appreciated his advice and insight. He was great getting the family pictures done efficiently and stress-free, and was right in the middle of the party getting the fun and crazy shots through the end.

My husband and I are beyond happy that we found Walter!First of all we are from Chicago and just got married in California. We hired a photographer from Chicago originally who was not what we had expected after receiving our engagement photos. So frantically we needed a new photographer ASAP.  Walter was so accommodating with our schedule and setting up a time to meet while we were out in California. My husband and I were late to this meeting and new Walter had a date with his wife... and we couldn't make him late! Walter photographed my daughters wedding this fall.  It was a big wedding with a lot of family members.  Walter did an amazing job getting  a photo with the whole family crew in it.  We had an all white wedding and the pictures turned out so good and we are beyond pleased with them!  He captured so many fun candid moments and you could really feel the vibe of the wedding thru the pictures.  I can not stop looking at them!!!Beyond that what we really loved most was working with Walter.  He is so much fun, comfortable to have around, very approachable, and while having very high energy, he is calm and under control at all times.  Walter makes you feel comfortable while being photographed.  He blended in as if he was one of our guests :)  I honestly can't imagine hiring a better photographer.  Walter is an amazingly talented photographer and I can not say enough good things about him or recommend him enough.  You will not regret hiring Walter to photograph anything in your life that you want to cherish in photographs forever.  Thanks so much Wally!!! I don't even know where to begin. Wally (Walter) is hands down the most amazing photographer I have ever met! My husband and I first met him when he was shooting one of our best friend's wedding. He was all up in the action getting all of those amazing moments, hilarious drinking pictures, and of course the dance party! We ended up seeing Wally in action at 4 of our other friend's weddings, so by that time, I 110% knew I was going to contact him for our wedding. I got to experience his work first hand, and I without a doubt didn't want anyone else to be our photographer. Wally is extremely professional, super sweet, and fun to hang out with! He makes it easy to go with the flow and just be goofy - hence the great moments in pictures! Our engagement pictures were breathtaking. Our session was Hotel Del and it was just beautiful. Walter was a great photographer, we loved having him capture our wedding day last year. He's a fun, easy going guy that you'd probably have a great time with at a social gathering. ..he kinda felt like he melded right in with our guests, but captured all the moments in the wedding and reception.Definitely super experienced. What we found most important is he really wasted no time on the big day. He had a mental game plan of exactly who needed to go where, stand where, etc and we got through those requisite group pics and family pics expediently-and they were great when we got them back! We were really glad to have great shots, but also glad to have missed as little as possible while taking pictures.I'd describe his photo style as more photo journalist-less etherial, light bathed, instagram filter-ish. This is perfect for the dance floor (which was super big for us). However when we met with him before he was definitely willing to do anything we had in mind. ABSOLUTELY LOVE WALLY!!! He was so laid back and made our session so much fun!! Walter was one of the best choices I made with wedding planning! Starting from the beginning he was open to our ideas for engagement photos. We did a World War 2 inspired shoot and it was fabulous! Still getting tons of comments on them today! Then on the wedding day he was willing to shoot all the pix I wanted that were inspired from pintrest! The shots were amazing! He's beyond creative, super friendly, and down to earth! After our wedding photos came back I wanted a re-do of our rings and Wally was more than willing to meet me to re-shoot the Rings! The time to get all the finished photos back was longer than I expected, but totally worth the wait! Understandable when this guy is booked all year round!
