Spent the morning with Walter and models and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Walter knows his stuff and made us amateurs, who have never worked with models, at ease. I worked with Walter on a shoot at Cluny Castle and I have to say he is an awesome photographer!
I really clicked with Walter and found he was very knowledgeable and approachable.
One of my favourite things about working with him is that he is great at directing and enabling the team to see his creative vision.
In terms of his photographs he has a very distinctive and cohesive style. The images he has produced are extremely high quality.
I would definitely recommend Walter to anyone looking for a photographer. It was an absolute pleasure to shoot with him!

This was a very worthwhile intro to natural light portrait workshop. I normally just do wildlife and landscapes and this was to take me out of my comfort zone. I attended a studio session with Walter back in June. He provided me with new knowledge, skills and made me feel relaxed as this was my first time in a studio, working with lighting and models. Walter has a way of making people feel relaxed but can make you laugh. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in is photographic work. If he decided just to do teaching workshop for the rest of his career I would sign up in a heart beat! I enjoyed the experience so much I can't wait to see what offers he has coming up! More...

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Having your subject relax, chat with them make them laugh. Have them forget your pointing a camera at them.

I've been into photography for years but just loved interacting with people and capturing some unique images for them.
