I am almost finished renovating our house and every tile has come from Wall & Floor Tiles. The first job we did I searched high and low for the perfect tiles. I was willing to look longer to find good quality and Wall & Floor Tiles was the very last shop we had to look in. At last the disappointment was over, a shop so big it had many so many options I had a choice (the other tile shops had not given me one option I liked between them). Paul was so lovely he sat down with me for a long time looking at what I liked and what I didn’t and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made suggestions and worked with mine. Since then we have done our toilet, kitchen and porch all with tiles from Paul and have always used his recommended tiler Alan Thompson and the results speak for themselves! Excellent tile shop found only by driving past & so pleased I called in. I have driven around many tile shops & looked on the internet but could not see what I wanted. That all changed when I walked in to wall and Floor tiles showroom as I found a selection of different tiles I hadn't seen before. We have renovated a 1960's bungalow and extended the existing bathroom it now looks amazing. Paul supplied the tiles, bath, shower, toilet & 2 long radiators. My husband fitted the bathroom & tiled himself but Paul advised him and was very professional. Would definetally tell all friends & family to go there first. I am notoriously the fussiest customer on the block, especially when it comes to tiles, but after trailing EVERY tile shop in Newcastle and surrounding areas a friend told me about Wall and Floor Tiles. As soon as we went in the showroom i could tell that the tiles were far superior quality than anything else we had looked at. Initially we saw Roy who was super helpful and knew his stuff about the products he was selling. However due to my super fussy nature i found my decor tile but not the others at Newcastle. Roy told me about the Washington branch so we got in the car and drove over. There is literally hundreds of tiles between the two shops and Paul spent over an hour with me deciding which tiles to go for and making alternate suggestions once he had the idea of what i wanted. This tile shop have such an extensive range i know that i could easily do a budget bathroom or something very top end without having to go to another shop. The customer service we have received has been fabulous. Paul even recommended his tiler Alan who has done the most amazing job and has gone over and above at every opportunity. The tiles here are very different to other showrooms I visited, as they have huge areas of all their tiles actually fixed so you can see how the tiles will look. The service was excellent and the chap there (Paul) sorted out quite literally everything for us, even with a follow-up call to see if we were happy. Would definately recommend. More...
