We used W&W Movers to relocate from Hanwell to Winchester and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. The quote process was easy and efficient and the actual service was amazing. The packing day was crazy - so much speed and efficiency. Everybody who came to our flat was polite and hard working. Then on the moving day they were punctual, shifted the stuff into a tricky house layout and came up with solutions where needed. I was so pleased with the work from my two removal men - both called Peter if I remember correctly! They were polite and careful with my belongings, and really efficient! What an excellent service from start to finish! Excellent communication with Karolina who's such a lovely person with a great attitude towards customers. W&W moved us on Monday 4th June. They were on time and very efficient. We packed ourselves, but they had to dismantle our super king bed and put it up in the new house, wrap our furniture and TVs and there was a lot of loose bits to move from our house and garage.
They were fantastic! Nothing broken and everything where I asked them to put it.

I was very anxious of moving as I was doing it by myself. I found W&W movers from recommendations on Facebook. The whole process was so smooth. Karolina who took the booking was efficient and professional in organising the move. The removal men were very quick, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I moved from a one bedroom flat to another 11 miles away and was in and unpacked within 2.5 hours. Very reasonably priced and better than a competitor who failed to reply to my enquiry. If you need a moving company, please call these people. They were absolutely amazing this weekend. I was floored by their speed and professionalism. Within 3 hours they had moved our family of four (including a toddler and a newborn’s belongings ) from one location to another including dismantling all the wardrobes and beds and a cot and putting them back together. I was speechless.

The package was truly reasonable and came with 3 guys and a massive van. I found this company through lots of recommendations on Facebook. I can now see why! They were also brilliant in that they took my booking last minute, the night before with no problem. Karolina was polite and professional on the phone.
