Absolutely excellent experience. We took our two dogs down to the beach with Andrew and nothing was too much trouble for him. Andrew was fantastic on the day we chose to shoot the photos of Izzie. He had so much patience and lots of great ideas to make the best of the location we chose.
Izzie was very happy with him and settled down to do as we asked without too many treats!

What do you love most about your job?
When I’m not in the water, down in the mud, up a tree or in a hedge conducting photography sessions, I can be found crafting albums and designing products. Nothing makes me happier then creating beautiful, tangible works of art of your very furry friend and it’s what truly inspires me. It’s the reason I leap out of bed each morning. That, and the smell of coffee!
What inspired you to start your own business?
For twenty plus years I was the creative head of a number of very successful in-house design & photographic studios for some of the UK's top brands, including Virgin, Cath Kidston, Flight Centre and Qantas. I was fortunate that the majority of these brands were involved in the travel and leisure industries which meant there were opportunities to travel extensively for business while also taking advantage of company incentives to travel even more during my own holiday time. As a result I was able to develop a successful wildlife and travel business photography business in the background, which I still operate today. My love of dogs and the years of in-the-field and on-location experience give me an invaluable and comprehensive understanding of animal behaviour. It’s this knowledge that allows me to extract the best out of the photo sessions and the reason I set up a photography brand focused on dogs.

I'm focused on being an advocate for the welfare of all dogs in Great Britain, fighting the cause and doing whatever I can to increase awareness and accelerate adoptions. When you book a photo session with Vue.Dog, you play an instrumental role that’s invaluable in allowing me to provide my services pro-bono to local shelters and charities. Unwanted, often long-suffering dogs all over the UK yearn for adoption in to forever-homes with caring families and if I can do my bit by providing my pet photography time, then the chances of a quick and successful adoption will greatly increase.
