We used VJ entertainment for our son’s baptism. I CANNOT rave anymore about Vinny and his partner. Vin has such a great energy and he kept the kids and crowds going! We had 21 small kids at the party and these kids were entertained on the dance floor nonstop! I said wow it was like we have a babysitter here! Vinny and Jay were amazing to work with! Right from the start, they understood what we were looking for for our ceremony and reception. From finding the exact version of "Canon in D" we wanted for the ceremony to putting together the perfect cocktail hour playlist to making the reception a party to be remembered, VJ Entertainment helped us have the best wedding day we could have asked for! We wanted our reception to be a real party, and they DELIVERED. Vinny is an awesome MC- he's got great presence and knows just how to work the crowd. Jay is a talented DJ that knows how to read the room and play the perfect songs at the right times. All of our guests were up and dancing throughout the whole reception- even on a rainy Sunday afternoon! VJDJ is the absolute BEST!!!! I happened to hire them for my wedding this past year and couldn't have been any more happy with the product. Being from eastern Long Island, myself and close friends/family have gone to Vineyard48 in the North Fork multiple times. Every Saturday we would go, the DJ was absolute FIRE... so I asked him for his card and he put me in touch with VJ! Jay was our MC and the DJ was Rich Luchase (definitely butchered the spelling haha!). The two of them were the perfect pairing. My husband and I were very adamant on not having a super vocal/obnoxious MC. Ex: "GET UP OFF YOUR FEET AND DANCE!!!"... kind of MC. We wanted the guests to feel hyped and excited, but not leave with a headache, Jay accomplished this PERFECTLY. As for Rich, what he does is perfection. Being a dancer/choreographer, I was very picky about our DJ choice. His transitions were SEEMLESS.. you never felt like, "uhhhhh I was enjoying that song, why did it change?!" or "that song change was choppy or random". He finds a way to seamlessly incorporate ALL styles and generations of music in his mixing. Even incorporated a few last minute, on the spot, song requests. These two had my entire wedding on their feet the whole night. Everyone from ages 2 to 70+ got their groove on and I have them to thank for it!
