Shane and his team supported McDonald's with several employer reputation campaigns. Shane ensured that he understood the brief and objectives of the campaign and delivered a seamless service. He took initiative when filming, and developed a great rapport with the employees who were being filmed to help them feel at ease. In my role as Marketing Communications manager at Andor Technology, I have worked with Shane over the last few years on any major launches. He has created some exceptional productions for us; product videos that stand up well against some of the biggest advertisers out there. What Shane brings, which I have not found anywhere else to the same extent, is an ability to very quickly understand (in a very complex market) what is required and to pretty much deliver it (and then some!) at the first time of asking.
