It is important to hire a great accountant because an accountant should offer more than a few options to save your business money each month / year. A great accountant like ourselves is familiar with tax credits and deductions that most accountants and CPAs are not familiar with. With a tax consulting background, Tyler Kem and Visionary Tax partners with many tax specialty firms to offer tax credits and deductions not often offered by traditional accountants or CPAs.

I love being able to find solutions for small businesses and startups themselves. Running a small business myself I understand that there are some tasks that can be overwhelming and accounting and taxes can seem overwhelming to most. I love working with my partners who are specialists in what they do and together we offer a unique tax savings strategy that is unlike others working with startups and small businesses.

Does your business qualify for the Research and Development Tax Credit?

Do you own a building? If so, have you looked into a Cost Segregation Study? This can accelerate depreciation this year!

Do you have employees? Have you looked into the employee tax credits available?

My background is tax consulting and specializing in the Research and Development Tax Credit. I started my own business providing R&D tax credits to small businesses and realized all of the other services small businesses can use besides just R&D tax credits. The R&D tax credit opened my eyes to being able to provide additional tax and accounting services to small businesses and as such have partnered with many other CPAs and accounting firms to offer a unique bundle of services.

We not only offer traditional tax and accounting services, we pride ourselves on the tax specialty products such as
Research and Development Tax Credits
Cost Segregation Study
Employee Tax Credits
Green Energy Deductions
