We have used Visa logic for the past 5 years. Starting with the initial application for spouse visa all the way through to citizenship. Without doubt the finest of services available. They provide great information, are completely up to date with the current and incoming law changes. when reviewing your documents they are 100% honest and will not submit any application unless they are completely happy with the service. My experience with Visalogic has been amazing. I worked with a case worker called Sara who has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Sara has been professional, polite and has always had time to reply to me straight away.

A positive experience dealing with our representative Sara from Visalogic.

Application for spouse visa was made very simple and easy to understand as at first it seemed to be such a complicated process. Although there were a few hiccups along the way with our original representative, Sara was full of information and willing to help. She always got back to my emails although was rather difficult to get a hold of on the telephone at times.

I sent a request to Visalogic briefly explaining my case. I received a call from a lawyer, who kindly explained to me the process and answered all my questions professionally. At that period my circumstances changed so many times, but my allocated lawyer Tom Barltrop continued to call me and get all the update he needed to start my application. I honestly was not worried at all, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER MET TOM FACE TO FACE, I felt very positive. Yes, everything done through phone calls and emails only. Tom completed a Spouse visa for my partner in Lebanon to join us here in the UK. After we submitted the application form we were told that a reply could take up to three months. Before the third month was about to end, Tom email me to confirm that an answer has been made and my partner can pickup his passport from the embassy. It was amazing news to know that he has been given a visa to the UK and needed to leave Lebanon within a month. I highly recommend Visalogic for their ethical and professional work. The case worker that was in charge of my visa application was very professional and polite. He responded all of my questions very promptly with clarity and most importantly he successfully helped me obtain my unmarried partnership visa!

I had a lot of doubts about my eligibility to apply for this type of visa because there was absence between the time I lived with my partner. My case worker advised on what exact evidence to provide and he proofread everything I wrote such as statements etc.

I can recommend this company without any reservation. I rang initially to enquire in general terms about visa regulations for Egyptians wishing to come to the UK. I received very helpful advice and detailed information from Martin, with no suggestion of any fee for this advice or for his time. I acted on his advice and then a year later returned to Visalogic so that my partner and I could apply for a fiance visa. From then on Magdalena oversaw and managed the whole process, a process which is quite bureaucratic and complicated, one which it would be very difficult, well nigh impossible, to follow and complete by oneself without specialist assistance. At all times it was easy to get in touch with Magdalena; she was very friendly, helpful and completely professional. If I had a query at any time she always got back to me very quickly.
