I have no words to express what a fantastic service I received from Tanvar from Visa and Migration Limited. Amazing service delivered by Tanwar who helped me to bring my husband to the UK after marriage. It was as if I was in my sofa and my husband was delivered to me. I used Visa and Migration for my 1st fiancé visa. My caseworker was Mr. Tanwar and I can not give him enough praise. He was very upfront and honest with the process and all paperwork was straight forward. Unfortunately my visa was refused but at no fault of Tanwar or myself. I have used Tanwar to deal with my visa enquiries since 2012 when I accidentally over stayed and visa was refused by home office, visited a few immigration layers but sadly none of they can help me u til I found Tanwar, he took my case and fighted for my case, in 2015 I received discretionary visa then he helped me obtained spouse visa, and indefinite leave remain, now he is helping me get my citizenship. I’m an Indian national and Vaibhav has been looking after all my UK visa formalities for the last 10 years (from student visa all the way through to Citizenship). Amazing level of service. These people know the law but they also know how it will be or could be interpreted by the Home Office. This gave us a great edge on a complicated family case.

Before getting there, we consulted in 3 or 4 different locations without finding anyone we could trust with our application. At one place in Oxford, a solicitor told us it's not possible to proceed and refused to take payment for the consultation.

Visa and Migration was recommended by a friend for whom they solved an issue even more complicated than ours.

Since the first visit, we realized that we were at the right place.
The case worker assigned to our application (V. T.) spent a long time talking to us at various occasions to understand every aspect of the issue before making a representation.
