Extremely professional and friendly, not only are you receiving experienced advice but are in a comfortable and relaxing environment. I've been going to Virginia Williams Studio for over 8 months now and can honestly say I think she is the best at what she does. Virginia takes her time, explains the process of treatments and has a wide variety of options, always giving the best advice for what to do next. I had a wonderful experience at Virginias studios. I was planning on a treatment of microdermabrasion bought as a gift from my sister for my birthday but after assessing what my skin needed was recommended an oxygen facial instead. I really appreciated thr advice and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My face felt fully cleansed and my skin was soft and hydrated after. I have been going to the Virginia Williams Studio for more than two and a half years. I have different monthly facials tailored to my skin’s specific needs. I really didn’t want to start using fillers and botox so I started my regular facial regime instead. It must be working as someone recently asked me if I had “been in the freezer” when they found out my age!
I also buy products such as drinkable collagen and cleansers and moisturisers. They are a bit more expensive than I was used to paying but last a very long time and are very high quality. My facialist is brilliant and I always look forward to an hour in her company. We catch up and have a laugh. She’s very professional but very down to earth, straightforward and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust her completely and always feel she takes pride in achieving a great result for her client. She’s on a mission for me! Tracie has been looking after me for over 10 years, always looking forward to my facials & massages. She never fails to welcome me with a big smile which straight away relaxes me.
Her studio is always very clean & tidy & has recently been renovated. The room is always nice & warm with the burning of scented aroma oils, which greets us as you walk in.
She emails me the day before to remind me of my appointments & is always on time.

What a wonderful find! I chose Virginia's studio based on the great reviews and so glad I did. Not only she is lovely and vivacious but also very generous with her time and attention, which makes the whole experience a real treat. She's got a really holistic approach, so nice. Essential Oils and calming music make the visit to her studio even more relaxing.
