We can visit your home and spend quality time giving your dog(s) some love and a one to one walk or maybe just a garden visit with a game of ball or frisbee.

Familiar surroundings are important to most of our pets, but none more so than our feline companions. Cats love to cuddle up in their favourite spot and watch the world go by and if their staff must go on holiday then they expect continuity of service!

We will visit your fussy feline and offer them a cuddle (if they are in the mood). We will feed them, clean their litter trays and deal with any ‘gifts’ they may have brought in.

Care at home for your small pets

If you are going on holiday and perhaps looking for an alternative to kennels or a cattery, one of our experienced team of pet carers will visit and care for your pet(s) in the comfort of their own home.

Indoor and outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs, other rodents, fish, birds, reptiles, spiders and insects can be cared for at home by experienced VIPPIES team members who will feed and clean out their quarters as needed.

If you prefer you can bring your small pet in its own home (hutch, cage, aquarium etc) to VIPPIES HQ or one of our specialist homes where experienced team members can look after your small pet.

VIPPIES offers dog foster care with one of the team in their home, so your canine companion can enjoy the comforts they are used to in the company of their temporary human pal.

When you own horses, ponies and donkeys or have a smallholding it can be hard to find reliable and experienced help when you need a well-earned break or have to go away for another reason.

We have qualified and experienced team members who can provide knowledgeable, quality care for your horses in their own environment. We can carry out the main tasks such as daily chores, giving medication or exercising your animals.

No matter what your dog needs our in house groomer, Dee, can help spruce up your pet. D’s Doggy Dos Grooming is there to make your dog feel more comfortable and fragrant.

A range of services are available including bath and dry, full groom, a puppy groom to ensure a happy first experience, nail trimming, pawdicures and fascials for those wrinkly pups who need a little more skin care.

Dental Care with D’s Doggy Dos If you find it hard to clean your dog’s teeth and providing them with a daily carrot to chomp on is not helping like it could, then we have a solution for you. Let us clean your dog’s teeth using the latest stress free technology. Healthy teeth and gums are important for our dogs. Avoiding the build up of tartar on the teeth and gingivitis (an inflammation of the gums) which lead to ‘dog breath’, a lot of discomfort and potential loss of teeth. Prevention is better than cure, and a doggy dental is cheaper and does not require an anaesthetic. Our groomer, Dee, has been trained to use the latest ultra sound technology Emmi-pet. This is a silent and vibration free electronic toothbrush. She will be able to give your dog’s teeth a really thorough clean without the need for a potential expensive visit to the Vet and the risk of anaesthetic. You can have a one off treatment, a regular visit or add it to your dog’s full groom to keep your dog’s breath smelling as fresh as their coat. Need to get your pet to the vets but don't drive?

We offer a taxi service to ensure you and your pet get to the vet on time.

You can’t get married without your best pal! Our wedding chaperone service takes the hassle out of your pet(s) being part of your special day.

Your pet’s regular Team VIPPIES carer can bring your best pal along to your wedding for the all-important photos as an optional extra to the care package you have agreed for your big day (and honeymoon).

VIPPIES loves to get out in the community to help where we can. All pet owners know the therapy and sense of peace that our animals can bring to us.

We work with several organisations within Lincoln, including Lincoln University, running therapy sessions which allow young people a chance to connect with dogs.

The young people come along and discuss budgeting, online safety, what to expect from the world of work, what an employer expects, mental health coping strategies such as Mindfulness and much more in a relaxed place where there is no presumption of eye contact while they begin to open up and talk. Or just to have a reprieve from studying and exams, with a chance to depressurise whilst cuddling a pup.

Earn an animal first aid accreditation for three years from the same course that qualifies our TeamVIPPIES carers and walkers. It is not a replacement for veterinary care, but animal first aid can help improve the outcome of an emergency visit to the vet. We run courses throughout the year and our Pet First Aid Course will give you the skills to deal with a variety of minor problems.
