Damp Rot
A client had a broken guttering and it had been draining water onto the exterior wall. This had soaked through the wall drenching the brick work and the previous paint work. I had been called in to repair the damage caused by the water. You will see from the succession of four photos how that went. I managed to both replace the damaged paint and make it look like it never happened.
