We have been seeing Dr. Jina Yoo for a few years and my children love her. She is extremely patient with them and has a great chair side manner. Her work is beautiful and she has such a gentle way with the kids that we really appreciate.

Dr. Jina and her team of staff are the bomb!! At first before this office fell into my lap after a long search, I was taking my daughter to an office that was horrible. I’m not pressing religion but after so many bad experiences at that office, I prayed and prayed and prayed for an awesome dentist office for my daughter just to pop up out of the blue. My prayers were answered when I was just google mapping offices off of Cobb Pkwy and found this beautiful gem of an office. I called and the first question I asked was did they accept my insurance and just like that, they said yes! So I scheduled my daughter an appointment and told the front desk the troubles we went through at the other location, when told what had happened they said, “Come in to our office and we will take great care of your daughter.” I was kindly hesitant about it because well, all I could think about was they are in it for the money but are they in it for the proper care for my daughter? So the first appointment that we had, we were blown away! From the office not being overwhelming to the setting of the cleanings area all down to the staff. It was absolutely perfect!! Even when my daughter had to have dental work done, it went smoothly and the staff were super sweet during the whole time. Y’all, I cannot stress enough to tell you take your children here!! I love this office, my daughter loves this office, and I guarantee you will too! My daughter used to have really bad anxiety when it came down to going to the dentist and now when she know she has an appointment, she runs to the truck just to go. Dr. Jina, you are amazing and thank you so much for all that you do! To the staff, thank you so much for being the best, loving, caring people that takes wonderful care of my kiddo when we come in! Love this place! Doctors are very kind and gentle with the kids, so that's a plus. The wait time is never long, I typically wait like 10 minutes, maybe less than that. Their waiting area is nice for the little kids they have movies and books and toys for them to entertain themselves with. Also at the end of the visit they give the kids coins to put in the machines and get a toy out. Glad I chose them as my children's dentist. More...

Gosh, where do I even start with this review because this office is so very wonderful!! I had switched locations of dentist offices due to my daughter having a huge fear from bad experiences at dentistry for children in Austell. I prayed for a wonderful dentist office to just pop up out of nowhere and God had answered that prayer with this location as this place really is a God send. From the office being beautiful, front desk staff being so professional and organized, to Dr. Jina being very sweet, kind, understanding and loving to her patients that come in. They never overbook appointments and it's never crowded at all. The setting is very intimate and quiet as this is super useful when it comes to the children and anxiety. We have been going here now for what seems like 2 years and each time, we are always blown away. We love everyone here and my daughter is always excited to go here now that we switched offices and she has had great experiences. We absolutely love Dr. Jina and her staff here at this office. We couldn't be more blessed and honored to being going here as each time is a great experience. If you have small children who has a fear of dentist, come to this office as they too will be excited to come here. They never overbook appointments, it's never crowded, they never rush with their patients, and they CARE about each individual child. This is pretty much what I call family oriented. I am so happy and impressed with Dr Yoo and her staff. From Adrianne at the front desk,to the Drs. kind dental assistant, everyone was amazing. It's a scary feeling having your child put under, but imagine everyone crowding around to comfort the crying mom. I could not be happier with my 4 year old's experience and her beautiful smile after her SEVEN fillings and crowns. Very very very great with kids!!!! My 3 year old loves the dentist now! Went in for a cleaning and they did acknowledge my sons chipped front teeth.
The price given was about $1500 less than previously told by another provider.
They took their time with his cleaning and made him as well as myself extremely comfortable.
Two weeks later we are back to have the teeth repairs done. My son wasn't too happy to see the treatment room but once everyone talked to him and calmed him down, he was good to go!!!!
His teeth are beautiful and healthy which is all that matters!!!
I would recommend Happy Children to everyone!!!!

This dentist office is the best atmosphere for children! My 5 year old had so much anxiety and she was immediately at peace due to the calm environment, the peaceful dentist, the kind hygienists, and sweet receptionist. Last year, my daughter had 2 cavities filled at a different office. She screamed and cried and would not go back. Her experience today, getting 2 crowns, was completely different.
