They were truly a 5 star service- responsive, comforting and kind. And they got the job done better than I could have imagined. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Vilcol were very efficient with their services of tracing debtor address as well as tracing debtor assets. And also helpfully discussing the implications of the above.

Submitted a request with Vilcol using their website. I then received a confirmation email regarding my request, but no information at all regarding what they will be doing with my request, when I will need to pay, if I needed to pay. I assumed that someone from the company would reach out to contact me on my request, but no one contacted me!
6 days had past that I did not hear from this company until I received an invoice demanding payment for my request. I was confused as I did not believe I needed to pay as I did not hear back on ANYTHING from this company which was extremely confusing and frustrating. I told the person who sent me the invoice that I no longer needed their service as I used another company (which was the same price as Vilcol and I received results in the same day!).
This person then told me I entered a contract with them and demanded the payment or ELSE!
I managed to pay the invoice which did not include any specific instructions on how to pay it other than a bank account and sort code and I received my report next day.
I highly DO NOT recommend to use this company as they are extremely un professional and do not clearly highlight or make it clear how there services work even up to the point of paying invoices!
I would highly recommend you use other similar services out there that not only provide a much professional better quality services, but also offer results in the same day and not 6 days! More...
