I design and make unique leather bags, purses and wallets. I buy scrap leather and patch pieces together, I also use the raw edges that are usually dis-guarded.
I design and make my own buttons out of ceramic clay, each button is coloured to match the individual bag or purse.

What do you love most about your job?
I love designing new products, I have so many new ideas all the time. I also love that due to the nature of leather and the techniques I use, no 2 items are ever identical,
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been very organised, in both a financial and practical sense from a young age. I am able to work on my own and am not afraid to do whatever it takes to make a project work. I have a degree in Textile Crafts and during my degree I studied a small unit of work which covered working as a craft person and running a business. I'm passionate and determined about my work and its an area I have skill and talent in so I decided to just try make it work as a business.

I am very honest, integral and reliable. I wont take on a project or job if I don't think i can do it to a high standard, and i will say so. Once I start a job, I am focused and dedicated to it and will only produce the very best quality. My aim is always to please my customers. In today's world of greed and corruption, I'm still a rare, old fashioned, highly skilled, trustworthy craft person.
Also my bags are going to be famous! My bags are in a new film which is to be released soon. I was contacted by a film producer who found my bags online and thought they would be perfect for the film. I designed and made a leather holdall and a shoulder bag which are used by the main characters. I was invited to the first screening in October 2018 and met with crew and celebrities.
