I cannot rate these guys highly enough!

Vibe's personal trainers are all brilliant and really helpful. Their bootcamps are really cheap and excellent value for money. Definitely worth using these guys to lose weight or tone up. More...

Just want to say a massive thanks to Ian Holt from Vibe - You alone have made me the person I am today in terms of being able to run and actually enjoy it.<br /><br />When I joined the first boot camp I couldn’t even run for 2 minutes without using my inhaler and being out of breath, Now with your brilliant coaching I can run my little legs off and the best bit of all is that I don’t have to use my<span id="moreReview74597" class="hide"> inhaler which I have used from being 4.<br /><br />I think you are a fantastic trainer and im so thankful to you and if I ever feel that I need another boost form you I will be back within a shot.<br /><br />I'm really focused at the moment and im running 5 days out of 7 at the gym in work, it works for me because vibe was to far to travel and it meant I was away from the house for 3 hrs at at time for just 1 hr training - This was taking time away from the kids which they weren't happy about so ive found a happy medium. <br /><br />Take care and thank you <br /><br />Jenni (the whinger!) <br /> </span> More...

I am delighted to recommend Vibe Personal Training Studios to anyone who wants to get fit or improve their fitness levels. I have always been into health and fitness and play a variety of sports but have always struggled to loose weight. Since I started training with Ian I have lost inches and changed shape remarkably. The personalised diet plan which he devised for me was uncomplicated and<span id="moreReview69643" class="hide"> really easy to fit into my hectic working schedule. <br /><br />Ian’s friendly and professional approach to personal training is a real inspiration. With his help I am now stronger, more toned and loving it. My stamina and endurance levels have doubled and I am now able to run and cycle faster and further than ever before. There has also been a marked difference in my energy levels and, when working in an inner city secondary school, this is a huge benefit.<br /><br />Our sessions are varied, interesting and, most importantly, fun. Ian is a real motivator and his enthusiasm is infectious. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness and the advice and tuition provided are second to none. Ian constantly pushes me and with his techniques I am even able to train when not feeling 100% and despite 7 ops on my knee! His 'spin' class is the best!<br /><br />Ian provides challenging programmes for all levels of fitness and listens sympathetically to his clients’ needs and goals. He has a real passion for helping people get fit and healthy. Really pleased with the quality of the training I experienced at Vibe. The gym inside is fantastic - great equipment, really nicely done with lovely attention to detail throughout. It's much bigger than it looks from the outside with lots of equipment and different areas for stretching, weights, pilates etc. I trained with my personal trainer Neil to get fit for a 10k and was delighted with the<span id="moreReview69326" class="hide"> results - did the run in bang on an hour, from a standing start in terms of fitness, and looked and felt much better. I used Vibe for one of their 6 week module Boot Camps and went down a dress size and a half! You have to put the effort in and work out hard but this is to be expected because it is a boot camp afterall and a bonus is that you meet other people as there was 9 people in my group. I've since paid for 1-2-1 personal training sessions and have now reached my goal and lost overall a total of 2<span id="moreReview68934" class="hide"> stone 11llb in just 3 months! I'm hooked and now maintain my fitness with a gym membership at Vibe with the occasional 1-2-1 additional PT when I think I need that extra push. Small & Friendly studio with excellent trainers who are motivated, tough but friendly at the same time. Highly recommend this gym.</span> More...
