I took my 2 year old cat in as an emergency and Adrian saw him and diagnosed his condition perfectly even though it was unusual in such a young cat. He was immediately sent to the vet hospital in potters bar but didn’t survive. The staff at Vetcall were compassionate and dealt with every step of the insurance claim. I have taken all my cats here and even though one of my cats caused untold trouble in the practice he has always been welcomed back. More...

The vet Ben was amazing talked us through our options and was very reassuring, carried out the operation and saved our dogs life , the difference is unbelievable. I have been with VETCall for over 14 years. I would not trust anyone else. It is a sad day today due to me moving out of London I have to leave VETCall. I've been taking my cats here for years. The first time I went, we had a very nervous cat who was terrified of the vets. She had been quite badly treated by a previous vet. I explained this to the vet here, Stephen, and I was so surprised when our cat came out of her basket calmly and was not scared at all. Stephen was so kind and gentle with her, I couldn't believe it. Very impressive. I was with a friend who had a sick budgie and I had helped her to trap the beast after it got loose from its cage. Long story short, the bird was suffering from the owner's smoking and was otherwise found to be in good health. The fee seems reasonable for the intensive but not invasive examination, and was worth it for the assurance of the bird's general good health. Now all I have to do is to get the owner to stop smoking. Ho hum More...
