What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and getting to know the happy couples, from our initial meeting & developing ideas together to create something truly personal, then delivering this for them on the big day is a very happy process! I also love running workshops for people to get hands on with floristry, often for the first time. Christmas is an especially fun time for this, the workshops are very popular!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Creating without constraints! I am able to spend time with my clients to produce totally personal designs to fit with their budgets. I have had a creative business of my own since 2003 providing Retail Displays, so I love finding new ways to decorate spaces with beautiful flowers. Floristry has been element since 2012 from leaving the flower retail environment to concentrate on creative floral design. There are always new processes, flowers and fashions to learn - and I find this most inspiring, in 2017 saw the beginning of Verity Marston Floral Design & workshops.

I strive to provide inspiration for floristry designs, with a very personable approach. I love using British Flowers and am environmentally conscious with my designing. I am always very keen to share my passion for flowers and love sharing new ideas. I can also offer lots of experience, budgeting, planning and getting the most from the flowers for your Special Day.
