Yesterday was my pass out parade for the British Army and it is all thanks to Verite fitness that I successfully completed the 14 weeks of intensive physical and mental training. Through a combination of personal training sessions with Sean who I would highly recommend as a personal trainer and group personal training classes, they 100% prepared me physically and mentally for the challenges that were faced. I would have struggled to achieve my goals without the expert help, constant support and encouragement given to me by those at Verite, they have completely transformed me from someone that did little to no exercise into one of the fittest lads in my troop.
