I came to James at Venn Accounts a few years into my first business, when my previous accountants had seen me as another number and left me in a huge mess. Although there was a huge task ahead of clearing everything up and also tackling a major issue with HMRC due to previous accountants negligence and my naivety in business (I’m a creative, so not the best at this side of things) James & team took everything on with a smile, they were always super helpful, made time for me in person, on the phone, via email, never making me feel like I was a nuisance, and for the first time (excuse the cheese) it felt as if someone cared.
