Dr Capps and her staff are the very best of the best. I almost believe Dr. Capps can read our pets little minds at times. We come from Fort Worth to see her and I'm sure there are others that also come . There prices are nothing compared to other Drs. I can’t begin to say how happy I am to have my fur babies be patients at VRPC!! I’ve been coming here for over 13 years and Dr Capps and Dr Rochon along with the staff have always taken excellent care of my babies! ! If you want your babies to have a great day take them to doggie day care here, they will love it and it rides them out!!! Whenever I need to board my babies I always bring them here. Brought my new puppy in for an urgent visit.  She was very itchy and since she's a rescue I wanted to make sure she was okay.  They were able to squeeze her in the next day.  Everyone was so welcoming and patient with Nova.  She's still a little scared of new people and they made her feel comfortable.  She loved the cookies and everybody fell in love with her.  They recommended a shampoo to help cleanse her more.  Gave her a bath last night and I'm happy to report her scratching has gone down about 90% already.  Her fur is shinier and softer too.  I'll definitely be back to this place. We've been with Valley Ranch Pet Clinic now for the past three years. We moved to Las Colinas and were SO glad we found them. Our visits are always thorough, the care is top notch, and all the staff truly has the best interest of the pet. When we have questions and totter between taking our pup in for a visit, they always first advise us over the phone. Many times, this has saved us from making the trip on a temporary situation. We have been going for a little over a year now. The Doctors and Techs are so unbelievably loving and knowledgeable. They treat our baby like their own and are so friendly. Alex recently helped our little one and he was so gentle with our yorkie. When I had to step out of the room for a second, Megan offered me candy seeing as how my nerves were rattled because it was vaccine day. They treat you and your baby like family. we took our new German Shepherd puppy and our 1 year old Australian Shephard to get a check up and shots. This was our first time there. we couldn't be more pleased. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! The technician that helped us, when above and beyond to teach us important information, all while loving on our babies. The Dr was the most impressive. We have been to several vets but nothing compares to this Dr. He was very personable, told us about his German Shepherd, gave us tips on how to raise him, also gave us a few pointers to help our Aussie out of his fear stage. The doctors and the staff truly care for my dogs and recently helped us through an incredibly hard time when we had to put our 15 yr old Sammy to sleep, who meant the world to us. We stumbled upon Valley Ranch Pet Clinic when we moved to Las Colinas and needed a surgeon to do TPLO surgery for our Doberman.  What an amazing blessing it was!  I did some research since I didn't feel 100% confident with the surgery center that was referred to us after pursuing their reviews. Everyone I've encountered at here has been nothing short of fantastic. Our dobie is doing wonderful after his surgery and is now starting rehab with them.  They really have it figured out here. If you want a more personal experience for your animal, pay these people visit. They also were very responsive after his surgery when we had additional questions. I have taken my cat here several times for laser declaw and regular check ups. The front office staff is kind and seems that truly love animals. Positive interactions with vet techs and doctor. When you take your fur animal you want reassurance that they will be treated well and they have impressed me every visit !! My 17 yr old long-haired chihuahua started seeing Doctor Capps about 5 yrs ago after she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Under Doctor Capps' care she is still with us today and doing great! Not only is she incredibly kind and knowledgeable, but the entire staff is so, so friendly and I've always felt like they truly care about my pets. Another testament to this came about a year ago when we rescued a doodle-mix. He had a rough start in life and was pretty much terrified of anyone other than myself, so naturally I felt horribly guilty having to leave my petrified little boy all day for his first check up. But again, with this teams love, patience, and kindness they have won him over! He now makes regular visits to day-camp at the clinic and will even lay down and relax in the exam room during check-ups. Last but not least, I really appreciate that they are thorough, but I've never felt like they have tried to overcharge or take advantage by recommending unnecessary treatments. On the contrary, they are really good about letting you know all of your options and even giving recommendations on things that may save you a few dollars, while still being just as effective. I had taken my furr baby to get a checkup due to sneezing. I am fascinated by how well they handle our pets. I was terrified that my (already traumatized kitty) could give them a hard time but it was magic. Unfortunately the blood tests gave us bad news but the vet was worrisome with me enough to genuinely talk me through what I should expect in the future. I know for most cases there are preventative measures but for my situation there are none, we can only monitor, which the vet and assistant were pleasantly obliged to assist with. I took my 5 1/2 year old Italian Greyhound for her annual checkup here today after booking an appointment. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait very long. Welcoming and friendly staff! Very clean and professional environment! The vet techs and Dr. Capps were so patient and gentle with my Lilly who was very anxious!
