After being disappointed by another dry cleaner in Windsor, I found Valette and so far I have been very pleased with the work and service. If for any reason, they cannot fully remove a stain, they add a note with the garment so they are very transparent which is important to me.They are tucked away in the car park but well worth it if, like me, you are not impressed by the level of service the other dry cleaners in Windsor offer. My wife and I have been taking our clothes to Valette since 2009, almost 10 years (in Staines and now in Windsor). and we've never been disappointed, not even once! Mike's attention to detail and exceptional customer service are bar none. I'm always rest assured that any garment I take to Valette would be treated with the utmost care and knowing Mike, he will let me know upfront if there are any issues. I'm sure this would apply to all customers be it a long standing customer like me or a first time customer. I would give Valette a 10 star rating if I could but the maximum allowed is 5.
