What’s your signature dish?
I do not have a signature dish but I would say my favourite is our gourmet cheese cart. This is because it is so versatile, it can be paired with so many different varieties of food including pork pie, crisps and pate.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
At every step of the design process, I consult each client to ensure that the cart or bar created is unique and personal to them. Every part of the cart or bar is designed together with the client from the decorations and fairy lighting down to the selection of sweets and cheeses.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating new designs and getting inspiration, especially from brides to be. I love hearing the stories about how the cart or bars wowed the guests and how they were thoroughly enjoyed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After my wedding in 2016, I came down with a case of wedding blues. I planned, designed and created my own wedding from start to finish from the colour theme and decorations down to the centre pieces and invitations. I absolutely loved it so when my wedding was over I did not know what to do with myself. So when the opportunity arose to buy a cart hire company, I jumped at the chance and since then I have been nurturing it and helping it bloom into a successful business.
